Marking 25 years in business in 2026, MB Motors in Ballymena invested in a new office block, centrally located within its forecourt.
The team worked with MB Motors to create a bespoke, tailored design to meet their requirements. The process included the customisation of exterior and interior finishes, including the addition of corner windows to provide clear visibility of the forecourt.
The striking 150 sqm sustainable modular office block, with feature cladding, consists of seven offices, a kitchenette, store rooms and WC facilities.
Mac Zero’s scope of works also included the removal of the existing office building and the relocation of the unit.
During the groundworks and install, the team ensured minimal disruption to the business as it was fully operational throughout the duration of the installation.
Time was important as the client required the new building to be fully operational prior to the Christmas holidays. The team at Mac Zero arrived on site in late November with the new office building operational and the MB Team in place by mid-December.
