Delivered at Speed with Minimal Disruption

Modular Construction is an innovative sustainable construction delivery method utilising offsite, lean manufacturing techniques to prefabricate whole building solutions in deliverable module sections.

Mac Zero’s process known as ‘industrialised construction’ (IC) or ‘modern methods of construction’ (MMC) is constructing buildings under controlled conditions in a factory, using the same materials and designed to the same building standards and codes as traditional constructed buildings coupled with inherent benefits.

WHY MODULAR WITH MAC ZERO?

A modern single-story building with a metal roof, black exterior walls, and a red entrance, surrounded by a green lawn, sidewalk, and landscaped garden with newly planted shrubs. In the background, there are trees and high-rise buildings.
