We are looking for a driven and ambitious Senior Framework Manager to join our growing modular construction business. This is a long-term opportunity to drive revenue through key public sector frameworks across the UK, working on projects ranging from £500,000 to £10 million.

Lead framework delivery, build strong relationships with the commercial team, ensure proper governance, and focus on winning and delivering successful projects while maintaining excellent client relationships.

Proven sales or business development experience in modular/offsite construction (timber frame, steel frame, or pods) or a strong background in main contracting/traditional build. Experience in Education, Healthcare, Commercial, or Public Sector clients is highly desirable. You must be commercially astute, well organised, and a strong negotiator.
