As we expand our operations across the UK and Ireland, we’re delighted to be an NHS Shared Business Services Modular Buildings 3 Framework Agreement supplier, helping all elements of the NHS to move to zero through designing and installing sustainable and modern modular spaces that can be delivered faster than traditional building methods.

Using green building practices, innovative design combined with a high PMV (Pre-Manufactured Value - the percentage of modular construction completed off-site and then assembled on location) delivers sustainable buildings that are built for the future.

Under the framework, the Modular Buildings 3 Framework Agreement can be used nationwide by the NHS and wider public sector organisations, including education, commercial and community organisations, and we have solutions for purchase, hire and lease.
